Almost 40% of Britannica's air production comes from your the Montagruen-Smithes: If it weren't for your groves, the city would suffocate within a day, and you've been given power and wealth to match. You have to keep The Missus happy, of course, and watch out for anklebiters like the Ambergris, but for the most part your family name gives you the run of the city, and good knowledge of air production besides.
