Go get a drink at the bar next door

I was too exhilarated to go home, so I head to the bar next door for a drink. As I sit down, a tall, well-built man comes up to me. I recognize him as one of the men from lunch at the restaurant.
"Hey there. Jessica, was it?" He says as he approaches.
"Hi. Enjoy your lunch?" I ask.
"More than you can imagine." He smiles. "I'm Eric. Can I buy you drink?"
I agree to a drink and ask for a shot of whiskey.
