You go to the store and hope you find some useful stuff. Maybe, just maybe, you could...buy something soon.
But the shopkeeper tells you the medical supplies are sold at the hospital. Kind of strange, but whatever.
It's more AWESOME if you spend an amount of money you actually can pay. Which means cheating makes it less awesome somehow. Go on, buy stuff.
