You reach down and pick up the money from the floor before pocketing it and facing the bully once more.
"Yeah, sure, whatever, I'll delete it."
You take out your phone and delete the pic, showing the bully as you do it. When he sees you kept your word, he roughly shoves you out of the way and walks out of the toilet stall. Before he goes, however, he stops and turns to you, and says in a quiet and menacing tone: "This isn't over, you piece of shit."
He leaves the bathroom, and you soon do the same a few moments later, a hundred dollars richer and slightly amused at your antics.
