The masked man smiles. "I'm not going to hurt you, Kyra. Not unless you want me to."
You gulp unconsciously.
The man steps over to your side. "Are you thirsty? Hungry? If you need to use the bathroom, it will take a little more effort."
Tears come unbidden to your eyes. "Why are you doing this?"
"Because I've watched you for so long, and I get tired of watching. I want to smell you, breathe you in," he runs one finger along your side; you shiver from the contact. "I want to touch you. But we have plenty of time. We have all the time in the world."
