You grab the phone on the kitchen counter and call 9-1-1, the operator picks up and hears you emergency, you tell them that you had a break in and the robber is out cold. After hearing this the operator replies that they are sending in a unit, relived you hang up the phone and wait for the cops...but, you don't want the robber getting away before the cops come so how do you wish to deal with the robber?
