Might as well start the conditioning now, right? "So, I guess Carson's not quite up to par in the sack?" you ask casually. Carson blushes, but thankfully he doesn't seem particularly insulted.
"No, that's not one of his strengths," Maria agrees.
"Well, this lovely lady's head over heels with you, so you must have a lot going for you," you reassure her husband. "No shame in asking for help, and tonight I'm going to give her the one thing you can't." You turn back to Maria. "Ready to have your pretty mind blown?" you ask confidently. Subtly, you guide the hand on your leg over to your stiffening member. You can see the moment she feels it, because her eyes widen comically.
"Is that...all you?" she asks, and Carson's eyes drop to where her hand is.
"Well, for now. I'm not at full mast, yet," you say off-handedly. You hear a soft curse in Spanish.
