Your name is Eric Garvey. You were born and raised in New York, but moved to Texas for work reasons. You were a financial genius, and quickly became a millionaire. When war broke out, Donald Trump selected you as his chief economic adviser. While you soon learned that President Trump usually ignored his advisers, he did take your input into consideration.
"So," Donald Trump summarized, "If we can secure San Diego and Portland, we can easily march through California. Pretty great, right?"
The whole room erupts with backlash. The general points out that the US army is marching through Virginia, and that we needed to stop them. Others point out the ammount of fortification San Diego has, and the threat of Mexico joining the fray. However, you can tell Trump isn't listening.
"Garvey, what do you think?"
You know his plan is dumb, but you also know he's not gonna change his mind.
