Your building is located in a nice neighbourhood, next to a shop, a massage parlor and a gentlemen's club. The view is nice, the public is clean, no minorities, no gangs, not even a bunch of trouble-making teenagers. Boring, but clean. Clearly out of your league as a teacher. It's one of the reasons you hate your marriage. You are beneath your wife.
