You watch as Carl walks around the crowds and gets pass the busy lines of the cafeteria. He reaches the closest table to Megan and looks to you.
You look at the girl. You can only see the back of her head and the bare ends of her glasses, but somewhere in your gut, you know that it’s her.
She’s drinking her milk.
