You and Goku spend a week training in 100 times gravity, easily tripling your power levels. When you arrive on Namek, you follow your friend's power levels to find them locked in battle with a mountain of a man with orange hair, a red skinned, white haired looking version of Raditz, minus the tail, and a big blue alien.
