No I really Need To Get Home.
You apologize and make a graceful exit. As you leave Carlos assures you he’ll remember you helped him next time someone messed with you. You walk the block home wondering what carlos was thinking. A few minutes later and you’re watching your favorite show. Doctor Who. It’s Sci-Fi and really nerdy but that’s why you love it. you pull your hair back and tie it with a rubber band so it doesn’t obstruct your view. About half an hour in you get a text. ‘Hey, Jack you wanna come over? My uncle sent me a new game for my PS3! – James’
You love playing games with james mostly because he usually gets really into it and you can watch him as he gets excited during the action scenes but also because you actually beat him every once in a while. You get ready to text your consent when a wave of exhaustion hits you. You know James’s parents have no problem with you staying over but you don’t want to fall asleep in the middle of a game. On the other hand you can say you’re too tired to go home and ensure that you and James will sleep in the same room.
