Satisfied, you whirl to face the Processional Way, carried by a long stride to the high entryway staircase.
Atop the stairs and at the gate lockpad, you find your fingers tapping out the code of their own volition. In response, the main doors thrum briefly, then groan as they slowly swing inward.
The sound of swift, clattering footsteps echoes out from between the opening doors.
