You approach Alan. Before you can say anything he says "I know your type, young hot-headed and only after one thing. I've told that wannabe guardsman Edward this and now I'm telling you. I'm not having anyone trying to be a hero just to look good, this is about survival, not trying to get with my niece".
You're a bit taken aback by this. "Yeah, sure" you reply. "To be honest I just came over to ask if you had a plan of what we're gonna do"
"We wait here", he replies, "We have to gather as many survivors as possible"
