SttMF/Clean Up The Wet Spot

You rush off to the bathroom and grab hold of a fuzzy towel that is hanging on the rack near the sink, then you return to where the wet spot is on the carpet near your TV. You look down at it and realize that it has... grown? It is bigger than it was before and it only seems to be getting bigger. You quickly drop down on your knees, throw the towel over it, and begin scrubbing the spot. It seems to be working as the towel becomes moist and though it is freezing cold on your fingers, you scrub that spot on the carpet for several minutes.

You get up from the floor, intending to return the towel to the rack, but when you look down at the spot.. it's still there, and it has gotten even bigger again. Now it is nearly two feet long and oddly, still in the shape of your foot. This isn't working. Just as you are about to try something else-

CRASH!

-You immediately look over to where the loud noise came from to find that your window is broken; bits and pieces of glass are all over the carpet near it. Resting among the shards of glass is a dark red brick with what looks like a piece of paper held to one side of it with an elastic band.

You:

• Go check the piece of paper.
• Put on some shoes first, then check the piece of paper.
• Pay no attention to the brick and turn back to the wet spot. One problem at a time!
