"Another one, shame."
You groan in response.
"Still alive then, girl? No alive isn't the right word, is it? Interesting."
You open your eyes again only to close them.
"Yeah, your kind complains about them city lights a lot."
"Kind?" you ask groggily.
"You're a new one then," the voice says as you hear footsteps moving away from you. "There's no fun in killing babies," the voice says from a distance away. You listen to the footsteps fade into nothingness.
"Babies?" you scoff to yourself. "What a wacko," you mumble to yourself as you once again open your eyes. You manage to keep them open this time around.
