Your dreams are tormented, dark and uncomfortable. You wake with your bedsheets soaked with your sweat and a sense of exhaustion. You try to shake it off, but the sense of foreboding is palpable. You get up anyway and take a long hot shower, letting the night before wash off. You begin to feel better, but only the coming day's work will truly get you back on your feet.
