The Perfect Computer Program is a computer program that can essentially do anything, quickly, and easily. Currently, any and all software needed to create such a program already exists, but everybody who knows how to write a computer program is too stupid to realize this. Irony.
Such an amazing program could even be more powerful and awesome than even the great Toast. This is probably the reason it does not exist. King SweaterHead himself is trying to make this program but alas, the lack of accessible software prevents him from making this accessible software. Again, Irony.
The moral of this story is: Everybody is an idiot.
