Reaper was apparently at some boat turned into a Rahkshi and became the son of Roaromega. He was given the Kanohi Mowee and Kanohi Vakalma which he also apparently lost at some point before the events of
When he met King Bio, KB was shocked that he had become a toa (after appearantly knowing him on Moc Nui) and passed out. Thinking he was dead and that it was all Tioh's fault, Reaper killed Tioh.
He was used as a toy by Shader Kolinit later. Still later he was horribly angered by Tioh's and Jack's instistance that he Party. So he jumped off a boat and swam to Voya Nui.
