The Propellor Cap was a special cap given away for April Fool's Day, 2006. It was available to all penguins. It has the special dance of making the penguin hover in mid-air. The Propellor Cap is sometimes called the "spinny cap". Since it has been released it is now considered rare.
The green puffle also sometimes wears this cap while playing.
