Kazé is one of many beings known as Cosmic Crafters, who are magical creatures that create and form all that's around us. Kazé himself is the crafter of dreams. He is very much respected by the others, for at one point, no one believed in any of them but Kazé, and if all belief is lost, then Cosmic Crafters die.
