Policy of policies

Policies should meet, but not limited to, a certain criteria. Exceptions can be made by the Crania if deem necessary. Criteria for policies are as followed:

1. All policies created by Users other than the Crania, are to be inspected and approved by the Crania himself.
2. All newly created policies should be status-ed as PENDING APPROVAL.
3. Policies should not be restrictive to possibilities of creation nor creation of possibilities itself, but rather to serve as a guide as to how to go about the process of creation.

These criteria for policies are tentative to future changes.
