Legal threats should merit a ban

On Wikipedia legal threats merit a ban. However on fucking Conservapedia they are displayed by Fagmins on the main page. They say that anyone who opsts obsecnity will be sent to jail. I have posted obscenity on that pece of shit countless times. Am I in jail? No. Their gay-assed legal threats don't work, if you're threatened, do NOT take it seriously.
Also: "Posting of obscenity here is punishable by up to 10 years in jail under 18 USC § 1470. Vandalism is punishable up to 10 years in jail per 18 USC § 1030."
The 18 USC § 1030 has only been enforced ONCE in an internet case.
