Inaccurate information should be corrected immeadiatly. For example:
Inaccurate information:
Aelita was born to Billy Hopper and Lori Hopper.
Should be changed to accurate information:
Aelita was born to Franz Hopper and an unnamed pink-haired woman.
After changing the information, leave the following under the text:
Reason edited: <something> was inaccurate information.
,substituting <something> for what was inaccurate.
Some people want experts to change it to accurate information. If so, they'd put this at the top of the article:
If you are a expert on this subject, please change inaccurate information.
