After handing out the book, pencil and sharpener to him, I asked him to write numbers. He was able to write till 20 with a slight confusion in the orientation of 9 and 6. Later, I gave him clues to proceed further to write numbers till 50 (i.e. this is his knowledge in counting). Later, Jayanth called him to join in the basic English (spoken) section.

He learnt the numbers properly with all the orientation which he was having some problem and then he tried writing alphabets in Telugu.
