RFS
From Club Penguin
RFS (aka Justin "J" Bardin) is the Miniclip Administrator in charge of the Club Penguin forums (and the rest of Miniclip). He is not a "regular" employee of Miniclip as he lives in South Texas, whereas most Miniclip employees live in the United Kingdom. RFS is the only formerly Banned user to become Administrator of the forums. His username in Club Penguin is Radiofsftwr. He does not have a Moderator Badge.
He can also be recognised by his alter ego Sigma-Magnus (Sigmagnus) Psygnos, the lavender dragon shown in most of his avatars/signatures.

Banned
RFS was banned in November 2004 (when he joined) for harrassing users in the Robot Rage message boards. He was later banned again in January 2006 for arguing with Vandalpetal about plagarism. Both suspensions were one week in length.
Moderator
RFS was selected to be Moderator by Ben in May 2006. Many factors played a role in his selection as Moderator. The most prevalent was his drastic change from being a troublesome user to that of a helpful one. He can be seen by veteran users and newcomers alike as a role model that previously bad users can always turn good, and it's never too late to give up hope in being Staff.
As Moderator he pushed to get the following on Miniclip:
- The Gallery artwork forum.
- Clubs & Teams subforum for Club Penguin.
- Meetings & Parties subforum for Club Penguin.
- A universal Banned avatar for Banned users.
Administrator
RFS was given a controversial promotion to Administrator in early August 2006. He was only Moderator for three months, whereas fellow Administrator AmberMouse had been Moderator for well over a year. The reason given for RFS' promotion was the constant spam attacks the Club Penguin forum received. These attacks required Administrator action to IP ban and quickly delete threads and users involved. Users went as far as to make a #down|with|rfs channel on the Miniclip IRC, and RFSHQ fell victim to spamming also.
After a few days of complete turmoil had passed users once again warmed up to the new Administrator as he proved to be a valuable asset to Miniclip by performing the following:
- Capitalized "The" in "The Gallery".
- Gave descriptions to many forums/subforums in Miniclip.
- Created the "Requests & Trades" subforum in The Gallery.
- Established a new ban system complete with custom BANNED/PERMABANNED titles and crossed out names.
- Created the "Retro Consoles" and reorganized exsiting forums in the Consoles section.
Criticism in Club Penguin
RFS is criticized by many as a "poor choice" for his place as Club Penguin Supervisor because of the fact that he is actually a non-member and wears only Bunny Ears and the Tree Pin. RFS has claimed to log on mainly to keep fresh with the updates and doesn't log on to actually play and chat with users. Users blame his "lack of Club Penguin spirit" on a seemingly conflicted interest between keeping his job on the forums and playing around in-game.
Disagreers claim that RFS is a great choice because of all of the work he has put into making Club Penguin's forums and Miniclip a spam-free and fun place to be. His knowledge of the game and its mechanics, they say, makes up for the fact that he does not play often.
RFS' responce to his critics is the lighthearted "Antarctica is no place for a dragon."
