From Club Penguin

The newspaper is a special part of Club Penguin that is updated every Thursday. The newspaper includes events, a question and answer column, and a comic poems and jokes section. And in a room, called the boiler room, you can look up the last 8 newspapers that came out in Club Penguin.

The questions and answers column is also called "Aunt Arctic", you submit a question to her, and she answers it in the newspaper. Although some criticisms are that she never gives the name of the person who asked the question. One person even brought that up in the column, and she said that either people submit their questions with made up names, or she thinks the question is too personal to tell who sent it.
