The Beta-Test Party Hat is the rarest item in Club Penguin. It was given away to those penguins that helped with the Beta-Testing of Club Penguin from August to October of 2005. It is a cone-shaped party hat with yellow and purple stripes. The Party Hat is the official symbol of Beta-Testers, gives a cool visual for the penguin, but less than 100 players (estimated) have it. Much players want have this item, and make moviments to bring back this item, but this may not happen, because is an exclusive item for Beta-Testers.
