Welcome to Clairbourn, a little town in The Middle of Nowhere, CO, nestled in the grassy foothills of the Rocky Mountains. With soaring mountain views to one direction and endless flat green plains in the other, Clairbourn is situated in a most picturesque location. The city isn't real big--the population hovers around 94,000 or so, and sits quaintly along the banks of a tributary of the great Colorado River. Part of the river was dammed into an artificial lake that adorns the outer edges of the city; a favorite picnic spot for the denizens of Clairbourn come summertime.

A pleasant and friendly town, the residents of Clairbourn's internal districts all tend to know one another, the school-age children growing up among the same circle of peers most of their lives. While there are several academic institutions in the city, including two prestigious private academies, may we bring your attention to one specific high school located near the edge of town: Clairbourn High.

At first glance, Clairbourn High doesn't look like anything out of the ordinary. With brick face and tall windows, Clairbourn High is the picture of a pretty average American high school. No uniforms, no special rules...no special fees to enroll. Free public education at its most picturesque, on the surface, Clairbourn High looks like a step into arcadia. But it is beneath this seemingly flawless face that our story takes place. Behind the clean brick walls and sparkling clear windows is a world of teenage drama, where nothing is sacred and no prank is too outrageous. The parties are wild, the cliques are ferocious, the bullies are brutal and the cafeteria food sucks.

Welcome to a world of social stratification in it's purest sense: welcome back to high school.

Note:

Because Clairbourn exists within an alternate universe, names must be changed within the game in order to prevent a sort of 'time paradox' should a character have an interest in someone's or their own fandom. Examples of these are such as Cloud watching Bleach, or Ichigo playing Guilty Gear. Names must be changed in order to maintain continuity, and prevent horrible 4th wall breakings.
