- | ===Vitamin D Pulse Therapy Explained===
| |
- |
| |
- | Principles of Vitamin D Pulse Therapy.
| |
- |
| |
- | From Page 001, Vitamin D Pulse Therapy.
| |
- |
| |
- | "If you measured the Vitamin D levels in your Blood, once/day, for a year; + plotted the results, you have just just drawn a Wave. The Shape of this Wave can be manipulated by taking calculated amounts of Vitamin D, on certain dates, again calculated, eg day 1, day 2 ... day 156, day 157. It has taken 18 yrs to develop this Treatment. I started late 2005. This is the way to Treat CFS/Long Covid. I estimate my Vitamin D Levels (DV 11:30 B9 Jul 2024)."
| |
- |
| |
- | x. A Treatment Cycle of 6 months seems best. My experience has been that a 12 month Treatment Cycle is unecessarily long. I tried several 10 week Treatment Cycles during 2019. Such a Short Treatment Cycle caused all sorts of problems.
| |
- |
| |
- | 1. Vitamin D Pulse Sensitivity is a Thing, + is required. My experience has been that a falling Vitamin D Concentration, in the Blood, for a minimum of 4.5 months, generates sensitivity to a Vitamin D Pulse. It took 5 years to figure this out, 2011 to 2015.
| |
- |
| |
- | 2. The Pulse should rise from about 90 nmols/litre to 200 nmols/litre, over a 7 to 12 Day Period. My experience has been that Vitamin D is released into the Blood over a 7 day Period, so the shortest possible duration for this Pulse, is 7 days.
| |
- |
| |
- | 3. After the Pulse has risen to 200 nmols/l, it needs to fall. This Generates a Recovery Event. It took 3 years to figure this out, 2016 to 2018. My explanation for this is that there are Biological Pathways in the Body, that specialise in detecting Rising Vitamin D Concentrations + Pathways that specialise in detecting Falling Vitamin D Concentrations; + that they interact. The reason for this specialisation is a faster response to Hormonal Pulses, which is a Survival Advantage.
| |
- |
| |
- | My experience has been that this Recovery Event lasts for 4 weeks, then I relapse. I was hoping that inspite of some Relapse, a significant amount of the Recovery would last. June 2023 to Dec 2023, this wasn't the case. I was unsatisfied with the amount of lasting recovery. Since Jan 2024 I have change my Treatment Regimine, in an attempt to reduce, or eliminate Relapse.

| |
- | x. Vitamin D Levels should not be allowed to drop faster than 1.034 nmols litre(-1) day(-1), which is the natural rate of drop at 90 nmols/litre

| |
- | x. Dec 2020. Ran my Vitamin D Levels from 90 to 200 nmols/litre then let levels drop at the natural rate.
| |
- |
| |
- | 2.297 nmols litre(-1) day(-1). Too Steep. Caused Relapse for the 1st wk after the Pulse. It was cloudy that week. I sunbathed during the 2nd wk, when the sun came out, which fixed the problem. Since Dec 2020 I have never let my Vitamin D Levels drop faster than 1.034 nmols litre(-1) day(-1), which is the natural rate of drop at 90 nmols/litre.
| |
- |
| |
- | 4. I seem to have more energy, if I take a Vitamin D Supplement, every 2nd Day. My explanation for this, is that it increases Vitamin D Concentration Volatility, in the Blood.
| |
- |
| |
- | 5. If you take 4K of Vitamin D a Day, you Vitamin D Blood Levels will trend to 125 nmols/litre [1] .
| |
- |
| |
- | x. The Concentration of Vitamin D in the Blood will trend to a certain level, proportional to the amount of Vitamin D taken. Eg if you took 5K/day, your Vitamin D Levels will trend to 156.25 nmols/litre.
| |
- |
| |
- | 6. The Half Life of Vitamin D in the Blood is 60 Days [103][3].
| |
- |
| |
- | 7. The Trend Life of Vitamin D in the Blood, is the same as the Half Life, eg if the Vitamin D Levels in your Blood were 62.5 nmols/litre + you took 4K/day for 60 Days, you Vitamin D Levels would be 93.75 nmols/litre.
