Yes. This is very low. I was about 59 days late starting my Nov 2023 Treatment Regimine. My estimate, for my Vitamin D levels, at 11:59 pm, on E30-11-23, was 76.88 nmols/litre (DV 20:15 C12 Feb 2025).

I'm planning to Post Targets for F16-8-24 to H8-12-24 (127 days) soon. Watch this Space (DV 12:30 H23 Jun 2024).

My expectation was that the above Treatment Regimine (F5-7-24 to F2-8-24), would be an improvement. It wasn't. Overall it made my CFS Worse. I haven't repeated it, + don't intend to (DV 15:55 A10 Feb 2025).

Vitamin D Targets. G7-12-24 to F5- 6-25 (180 days). 11:59 pm (NZT), ie the following figures are Target Vitamin D Levels for 11:59 pm (NZT) (DV 14:40 A10 Feb 2025).

H8-12-24 to G14-12-24. This part of my Treatment Regimine seemed to make my CFS Worse. My next Treatment Cycle starts on G24-5-25. The 1st 13 days of this TC will be different + I expect that the changes will fix the problems associated with my Dec 2024 TR.

One Feature of my Vitamin D Pulse Therapy, has been that my CFS is better for 4 weeks, + then I relapse. The Reason for the Treatment Complexity from H15-12-24 to G8- 3-25, is an attempt to Reduce, or Eliminate, this Relapse.

(Based on a Sine Wave. After H25- 5-25 the Vitamin D doses to keep the Pulse on a Sine Wave are unattractive, ie 71.0 K, 65.0 K, 54.0 K, 39.0 K, + 22.0 K. The plan is to take the following Doses. 20.0 K, 37.0 K, + then 59.0 K, 60.0 K, 59.0 K, 60.0K + 59.0 K. See Page 004 for dates.)
