Apolyton is another fansite dedicated to the Civilization series, and a rival of Civfanatics. It used to be the largest Civ site on the net, but since the release of Civ4, the population of the site has been decreasing over time as a result of the Network Effect, but many former members of Apolyton hold it in high regard.
