Mysterious Geophysicist hailing from Plano, Texas. Came to OT to advance several ground-breaking theories involving stone henge and large sets of data with no explanation whatsoever. His arch enemy is the guy who makes the tables at NIST.
Garry Denke is reviled in the World History sub forum for posting a number of threads which advanced theories involving Stone Henge allegedly from one of his ancestors, Garry Denke, revolving around the idea that Stone Henge was designed around teeth. A lot of figures and meaningless data and such were posted which effectively summarized nothing. Garry Denke replied to any criticism with even more figures.
It was found later, through certain members' Googlings, that Garry Denke had signed up to hundreds of other internet fora, and posted identical threads, all of which met with similar responses.
However, Garry Denke's moment of fame came when he ventured into Off Topic and posted a thread with a huge list of scientific constants, and his opinion that they were flawed, without any kind of evidence or analysis. Posts which attempted to decipher, clear up, or criticize his view were met with more lists of scientific constants and formulae, leading The Last Conformist to comment that Denke had "failed the reverse Turing test". His thread was then spammed to death by IglooDude and nonconformist who spent quite a while inventing ridiculous scientific hypotheses and jokes about incest, bestiality and necrophilia.
