Really, if all of Wikipedia is only 5 gigabytes, I would just lnwodoad all of Wikipedia , as you say then simply delete every article that's not a Computer Science article.This is the technique Michelangelo used to sculpt David'. He took a big block of marble, then chipped away all that was not David'.See how easy this is going to be?
