Serebii.net Forums, commonly referred to as SPPf is a sect run by on-the-run rapist "Serebii" Joe.
SPPf is responsable for next to all of CBC's members meeting each other and is the number one spot for people to drag members in from. Every 3 out of 5 sigs you see will have the link to some shitty forum or another, and 2 out of those 3 will be CBC.

The Facts
SPPf is, sadly, the "number 1 unofficial Pokemon site on the net", and if you think you can get away without the fgt auths telling you this, think again. Number 1 refers to the amount of members on SPPf, which is well over 9000.
The forums are a melting pot of furrys, rapists, retards and trolls, much like America. There are some good posters, however most of them fall into one of the said categories anyway.

So why not take a beautiful holiday in the amazing country of SPPf? Here are some of the many ressorts you can come accross in this fascinating holiday hotspot.

Serebii.Net Discussion is where people go to kiss Serebii's ass, or bitch about who they've been b& from the craptastic #SPP channel on irc. "Serebii.Net Comic Discussion" is a recent and god awful addition to the sub-forums that is somewhat the antithesis of the site discussion, because people who post there actually realise just how plotless, shit and unfunny the Serebii.net comic is. "Help & Newbie Lounge" is unique to Serebii - yes most sites have a "welcome" area, but experts have notcied that Serebii's is the only Pokemon forum where retards are freewillingly welcomed and encouraged to post.
The Anime and Manga forums are of course the rapist hub of Serebii, where the list of known shippings is their bible. This of course makes it the most attractive hotspot of Serebiiland.
If you are looking for the main cause of Serebii's shitness, then the Pokemon sections, the D/P ones in particular, are for you. Some of the discussion and help threads are not actually terrible ideas, but will be littered with bad posts and EDIT: RANK UP! The Competitive Team Rate forums are where next to everyone on CBC originates from, however at this moment in time it is a detiriorating pile of shit.
There are Role-Playing forums for satisfying your inner furry and a Games forum if you want to be classed as a ttl fgt. The Fan-Fiction section is where good writers go to murder there talents and where the bad ones post tales of when they went to Professor Oak and in exchange for buttsecks recieved a MEWTHREE, or about how emo their life is while they get driven to becoming an hero by the "OMG N00B" replies they get.
Clubs was a relatively unexplored region for some time however travel experts can now confirm 100% that this section of the resort is where people go to club each other over the head with thick floppy penises, causing even more mental retardation than was thought the status quo of Serebii. It is filled with Anti-Cloning fags, athiests, racists and patriotic fucktards.
Fan Sprites does what it says on the tin, where people share their furry art, treat people like shit by opening request shops and banning anyone who requests something that doesn't have at least 100 anime characters cumming in it, or you get to go and steal sprites and claim as your own for the lulz. Tech Help and Other Games are the forums nobody on SPPf gives a shit about, so going there is similair to going on holiday to New Orleans.
