Declaration of Purpose

The International Society of Vandals has declared TOTAL WAR against Catsrule.

We will not rest until our demands have been met:

1) Reinstatement of the Don Delrasi Coldheart Account, and any other ISV, Roman Empire, and Coldheart Family accounts

2) Appointment of Don Delrasi Coldheart as Bureaucrat of Catsrule

3) Promotion of any other ISV members to sysop

4) Promotion of any other Roman Empire members to checkuser

5) Promotion of any other Coldheart Family members to Bureaucrat

We will not rest until these demands have met.
