Rabid. Insane. Uncompromising.
When the Consul of York stated "There will be a senate", Sarin replied "If you build it, I will burn it down."
He publicly stated that power corrupted, and as such all institutions would become corrupt, and thus he would travel from one city to another, destroying the power base of the city until it collapsed and something new grew in the flames.
Experienced Carthians took to distrating him with Invictus or other oppressive domains to keep him the hell away from Carthian ones.
He vanished some time early to mid 2005. No-one really wants to look for him.
