[edit] Description

The user plays as Cape and goes through an assortment of zones to stop the evil Dr. Screwhead. On his way, he collects power-discs, bandanas and keys to get further. On the way, collecting medals on the special stages will increase score drastically.

[edit] Zones

[edit] Grass Zone

Also known as Basic Grass Zone, this was considered by many to be the most well-known zone. It is easy, but poisonous bats and robotic pumas are common in the latter two levels, adding difficulty. The bandanas and keys were notoriously easy to find, leading many to beleive that this was the tutorial for the game. It is also rumored that in the full version, the grass snakes will also be poisonous, but Fireflash is yet to confirm this rumor.

[edit] Factory Zone

In stark contrast to the previous zone, factory zone features extremely long and difficult levels. The bandanas and keys are very well hidden, especially the key in one level which is hidden because of the black background. This zone also features the debut of the SuperPuma and the Robotic Jet, both of which are extremely damaging and difficult to kill.

[edit] Ice Zone

This is more pleasent that factory and offers a much easier and more enjoyable time. Eagles are the main threat here, being hard to kill and the counterpart of the robotic jets. Wolves are also common in the final level and cracking ice is also present. This zone features no poison animals, but both key and bandana are well hidden.

[edit] Greek Zone

Easier than Factory Zone but harder than Ice Zone, Greek Zone is lava-filled with tricks and traps. Centaurs are the main threat, being poisonous. Stymphalian birds are very common but nearly invincible as they are found almost everywhere you don't want them. The keys are easy to find, as are the bandanas. However, reaching them is another matter. Expect to be jumping over lava pits, running over collapsing platforms and dodging flame jets and you try to win this level.

[edit] Tropical Zone

This zone is harder than factory and features slimy jungle water. Watch out for archer fish as they launch bombs at your platforms, forcing you to take the water routes. Crocodiles are slow, lumbering invincible units which you must dogde at all costs. Watch out for eels. These extremely fast swimmers will chase after Cape, trying to electricute him, which will drastically affect his health. Bandanas are normally underwater and very hard to find, whearas keys are on land and very easy to find. Moving platforms do not feature much in this level. Instead swinging vines will help Cape to cross the zone.

[edit] Volcano Zone

Considered by some to be the sequel to Greek Zone, this unpleasent zone features flame jets and lava pits, the last of which we saw in Greek Zone. Watch out for pheonixes, whixch fire flames and lava monsters, who fire lava rocks at you. Boulders roll across and damage Cape's health, while ammunition is very scarce, making matters worse. Keys are normally hidden well, while bandanas can normally never be found. Rising lava and tumbling rocks are the worst threat in latter levels.

[edit] Ocean Lair

Cape's underwater for the second time, but his challenges just got harder. In the first two levels, Cape is entirely underwater and must keep collecting air tanks to stay alive, while dodging countless robotic sharks, octopuses and jellyfish. In the final three levels, Cape must avoid the Ocean Lair itself, avoiding many of Screwhead's robots. In the final level, he must fight Screwhead himself.

[edit] Special Stages

Known by their music, special stages appear after each zone has been completed. They are notorious for being extremely difficult, as there are many keys in them, any touch from a hazard or monster which hurts Cape will quit the special stage and some stages are thought to be impossible. It truly takes a long time to find your way through. By that time, normally, you will have been damaged.
