Description
Rocko lives in a one bedroom apartment on the east part of Purgatory. He owns a small, black and white dog named Spunky, who he often finds digging through other people's garbage cans and trash barrels.
He is very friendly and polite, also speaking with an Australian accent. On top of this, he tends to be timid when in conversations or situations that he's uncomfortable in- usually chuckling nervously ('heh heh, oh my...'). But generally, Rocko is an absolute sweety.
Job Position
Having been living in Purgatory for almost two months now, he hasn't been able to find anything in the job market that suits him. He tried to get a job at the local coffee shop, but couldn't swing the hours. He also tried to work at the hobby shop, but found himself getting bored during his shift.
So on a whim, he sat down and started to form ideas on what he really wanted to do. After seeing so many people on the island starting their own business, he decided to do the same. Rocko is currently in talks to open a kennel.
People Connection
Rocko's closest neighbors are Johnny Bravo, whom he doesn't know much about other than the fact that he gives Spunky strange green biscuits- they look like pancakes, but Spunky's eaten worse. The other neighbor being Borat, who... he doesn't understand at all.
He talks with Peter Griffin off and on about life and the like, often involving conversations of the differences between their dogs.
