Pansy Parkinson

Pansy was born the only child of Patrick and Patricia Parkinson. Patrick's father made his fortune in investing in brooms and Quidditch teams, and was known to run in all the best circles, but he was never important enough to walk in Voldemort's own 'crowd'. Which was a blessing in disguise when Voldemort fell, because the Parkinsons could easily swear ignorance and fear kept them from 'speaking out against Voldemort'.

Pansy was born in the midst of this, in a difficult birth that Patricia refused to duplicate. They were doting pureblood parents, which meant they gave her whatever she wanted, as long as she lived up to their exacting standards. She wasn't ever a very pretty child - her nose was too snub, her scowls a little too fierce, at least in her childhood years. She showed her magical powers early on - she had a talent for wandwork. When she was eleven she was sent off to Hogwarts, was promptly picked for Slytherin, and found herself seated next to a slender blond boy with a bragging arrogance and impeccible robes.

It was love at first sight, and Pansy was Draco's loyal little girlfriend ever after. She's helped him out on his many dubious acts of terror against Harry Potter, the blood traitor, but while she has SOME skill in hexing and potions, she's good with little else, which goads her. She's learned to sleek out her appearance more, so to be the fashionable superior to her ONE TRUE ENEMY Hermione Granger, but sadly will never be her equal academically.

She's calculating and sly, a real bitch when she wants to be and Daddy's little princess when she wants something.
