Rock Howard is from SNK's Video Game series Fatal Fury, and makes his debut in Garou: Mark of the Wolves. For what it's worth, Rock is a pretty normal kid. He's rather quiet, and spends his time playing the bass, working a part time job, and doing chores for Terry Bogard, his guardian. He's shy around girls, and once he realizes he's talking to one, he chokes up and finds himself at a loss for words.

Rock was born on June 24th, making him a Cancer. He just turned eighteen.
