Jason Todd used to be Robin. He kinda still thinks he is Robin, which is a bit of a sore point between him and the other Robins on the island.
No, he's not Red Hood. He doesn't remember Superboy Prime punching reality, he never got liplocked by Talia al'Ghul (however hot that might have been), and he also never tried to kill the man he still thinks of as more of a father than his own biological father.
He died because he went looking for his mom.
Now he's alive and kicking crimefighter ass.
He may, or may not be, involved with Kara Zor-El. That's kind of up to her. But he thinks she's a hot chick, in more ways than one.
