Kaito works in the police department on Purgatory where he is second in command under the greatly disliked police chief. He uses his resources on the island to do everything he can to track down, reunite and punish his little brother. When he isn't doing that, you can expect Kaito to use excessive force and ignore blatant corruption in the ranks.
