Phoenix Wright (also known as Nick) is from Capcom's Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for the Nintendo DS (U.S. Release). A rookie attorney from a large U.S. city, Phoenix was trained by Mia Fey, his mentor and biggest influence. After she saved his ass in a case back when he attended college, it furthered fueled his aspiration to become a defense attorney. He's quick, easy-going, and somewhat cynical. He believes in his clients to a fault, and will do almost anything to protect them. Current

Phoenix and his rival (and very old friend) Miles Edgeworth are pursuing a case against their creators for using the pain of others as a form of entertainment. There are various others in Purgatory who have jumped on the bandwagon, including Chipp Zanuff and various others.
