Leaders and Followers
From Caelwiki
- [10:24] Korban: pfft...you all need to become leaders.
- [10:24] Korban: too many followers in one room.
- [10:25] * Link walks in again "what?"
- [10:26] Ness: Hm?
- [10:26] Lkeas: Leaders of what, exactly?
- [10:27] Korban: its more of a metaphor, regarding ones life.
- [10:27] Korban: It was only aimed to a select few.
- [10:28] Korban: But I suppose I was speaking out of place and for that Im sorry.
- [10:28] Lkeas: No, it's alright, just wasn't sure what you meant.
- [10:29] Necro_Fire: who follows who here?
- [11:52] Mariel: To know how to lead one must first know how to follow
- [11:53] Korban: ah hello Mariel.
- [11:53] Dale: Greetings to you too, Mariel.
- [11:53] Korban: whome was that towards?
- [11:53] Korban: ((whom*))
- [11:54] Mariel: It was toward no one it was merely an observation
- [11:54] * Lkeas chuckles. "Following directions would be a good start.."
- [11:54] *** Ness has joined #darkabode.
- [11:54] *** Mode change "+ao Ness Ness" for channel #darkabode by Reality.
- [11:54] Dale: Hm? What have you observed that would prompt such a resposnse?
- [11:54] Ness: Hm? Did I miss something?
- [11:54] Mariel: I have been observing Falerin's little pet project with some keen interest recently given their effects upon my world and it's people
- [11:55] Korban: hm...yes I can understand that, allow me to apologize on the behalf of those who did so in advance.
- [11:55] Lkeas: Yes, I can't imagine the actions and repercussions of the truth seekers would go unnoticed in this realm for long..
- [11:56] Mariel: As for what I have observed recently you might ask those whom are interested and present.
- [11:56] * Ness looks at Mariel "And you are?..."
- [11:56] Lkeas: Or any other realm, for that matter, considering how much we've mucked up the reality tree.
- [11:56] Mariel: Just recently one of your number was complaining about persons being followers
- [11:56] Korban: ah...that was I.
- [11:57] Korban: and I only speak from the fact that Ive had the experience of following and nearly dying for others.
- [11:57] Mariel: As to the related questions given my own analysis of the situation I have a supposition as to why this The'Galin or his agents at least target you but not Lorians in general
- [11:57] Korban: oh? please do tell share it with us!
- [11:57] Korban: ((scratch the tell.))
- [11:57] Ness: Well, obviously he target us because we are actively resisting him.
- [11:57] Mariel: Once The`Galin has means of targetting Lorians directly he will be in Lore already. Once there he no longer needs resources to aid him getting their or winning his effort. By that point his army will already have been amassed.
- [11:58] Mariel: Whereas at the moment you still offer potential facilitation of his purposes.
- [11:58] Mariel: Getting and maintaining control of his communicant for example
- [11:58] * Lkeas frowns. "Which one.."
- [11:58] Mariel: Any?
- [11:59] * Ness clears his throat a little "If she will not tell me, will someone else?"
- [11:59] Dale: He.
- [11:59] * Vulcan listenes intently to the conversing between the members, closing her eyes as she does so making no comment at the present.
- [11:59] Ness: ((>_<))
- [11:59] Mariel: If your observation is that lacking that you do not know the answer to your interogation.
- [12:00] Mariel: You do not warrant response.
- [12:00] Korban: so in other words we're just being used, until he can find another option....am I correct?
- [12:00] Mariel: You do not even warrant respect.
- [12:00] Mariel: Falerin ought reconsider putting you in a position of power.
- [12:00] Mariel: Clearly you lack the observation required even for basic survival of self. No less for guiding others.
- [12:00] Ness: ((Oh, come on, you can't burn me for mistaking a name as femal))
- [12:00] Ness: ((female*))
- [12:01] Ness: ((That is just bloody unfair))
- [12:01] Mariel: My gender and identity are quite firmly established by my repeated presence here.
- [12:01] * Ness sighs "Sorry, I'm tired"
- [12:01] Korban: ((no he means because what hes talking aout is being said in front of you but your still asking about it.))
- [12:01] Mariel: So the answer to your questions are well recorded
- [12:01] Korban: about*
- [12:02] Mariel: Redundnacy may be desirable in software design but it is hardly so in conversation
- [12:02] * Vulcan nods to Ness, "Then get some rest...you need it."
- [12:02] Lkeas: Rather than apologizing for our recent decline in observational skills, perhaps we should attempt to remedy it by refocusing our efforts?
- [12:02] Mariel: For the last time however and for your benefit.
- [12:02] Mariel: I am Mariel the Hermit. My portfolio is Chaos.
- [12:02] Korban: May I ask Mariel, how is it that you can pay us these visits with such a busy occupation?
- [12:03] Mariel: My portfolio is chaos
- [12:03] * Ness stands and bows respectfully "I apologize, I didn't recognize you."
- [12:03] * Korban smacks himself in the head, feeling foolish for not listening.
- [12:04] Mariel: I am a deity
- [12:04] Mariel: My obligation is to the Farpoint
- [12:04] Mariel: Your presence is of direct interest
- [12:04] Ness: Indeed, I know who you are now that I know your name.
- [12:04] * Ness sits back down
- [12:04] Korban: ah so this is more of buisness then pleasure.
- [12:04] Mariel: You may make such distinctions
- [12:05] Mariel: For me everything is both
- [12:05] Korban: sorry Im a general type of person.
- [12:05] * Ness rests his head against Vulcan'ss shoulder, his eyes closed, but still listening
- [12:05] Mariel: Generalizations are "Generally" bad
- [12:06] Ness: Need I point out a contradiction that obvious?
- [12:06] Korban: haha,true I suppose,but Its a habit,one I cant seem to break.
- [12:06] Mariel: I am a very very accurate and nice sort of person
- [12:06] Korban: I see that in you.
- [12:06] Mariel: The contradiction is a false dilemna
- [12:07] Mariel: Since the statement generally actually specifies that there are exceptions
- [12:07] Mariel: The actually contradictory statement would be "Generalizations are Always Bad"
- [12:07] Ness: You can't see it because they're closed, but I'm rolling my eyes right now
- [12:08] Korban: youve lost me my friend,I hail from the science department not the language.
- [12:08] * Lkeas smirks. "Indeed. So Mariel, if you don't mind my asking, if our presence is of direct interest... does that mean you would assist us in our goals? Or are you merely here to make sure we don't get any more out of line than we already have?"
- [12:09] Mariel: What benefit you derive from my visits is entirely dependent on how you take them. What I offer might be of benefit or it might not.
- [12:09] Mariel: Benifit and Cost analysis is a subjective statistical measure
- [12:10] Ness: Hm, well, Mariel, what we need most, I think is information
- [12:10] Ness: Can you provide that?
- [12:10] Korban: I think you should address a deity with a bit more respect Ness, just an opinion.
- [12:11] Mariel: And it is simple. The word generally means "Most of the time". Therefore its use is NOT a generalization as it automatically includes exceptions. The word ALL on the other hand IS a generalization. On the other hand..... I very DELIBERATELY selected Generally rathter then Usually or Often because its use created such a "false" dichotomy.
- [12:11] Ness: No disrespect was intended whatsoever
- [12:11] Ness: I am simply very tired and as such, very direct
- [12:12] Mariel: I have litte concern for his brusque demeanor frankly. I am well aware who controls the "god bolts from heaven"
- [12:12] * Lkeas chuckles. "I guess I didn't know how much to ask of you.. I think you had mentioned before that you do not take such a keen interest in LORE as the God of Evil does.."
- [12:12] Mariel: One wonders in answer to your question Ness... if in fact I have not already done so
- [12:12] Dale: Korban... I understand Mariel is a deity, believe me I do. But addressing them in a formal manner ALL the time just seems silly. They are people too, or at least somewhat. As long as you have respect for them, there's really no need to address them formally... Just my opnions.
- [12:13] Korban: Even though I suspect you should, due to the fact that it effects us all no matter whome you may be or your level of power.
- [12:13] * Ness grins, his eyes still closed.
- [12:13] Korban: haha,I supose so,but none the less my beliefs make me show respect to all who are of godly stature.
- [12:13] Ness: I'm sure you have, we simply have not noticed yet.
- [12:14] Mariel: That assertion while a concern of Falerin's and an acknowledged possibilty of the Farpoint is far from proven.
- [12:14] *** Ness has signed off IRC (Vanished: Class change, be back in a moment.).
- [12:14] Mariel: The actions of The`Galin may actually stop at the boundaries of his local multiversal chain.
- [12:14] Mariel: He has not yet ventured beyond those limits, and he may in fact worry entirely about those worlds close to his home world before even considering distant ones
- [12:15] * Dale shrugs. "You would show deities more respect then others just for the fact they're Gods/demipowers? That's rather foolish."
- [12:15] Mariel: Given that fact it may be Eons even in "Gods Time" before he thinks of my Multiverse at all no less my world
- [12:15] Lkeas: I see.
- [12:15] Korban: but yet still you just said it yourself that it is a possibility that he will visit yours.
- [12:15] * Dale decides to wait until Mariel is done speaking before continuing any further.
- [12:15] Korban: ah I see.
- [12:16] Mariel: In fact. Falerin's interference in that world may in fact Hasten his attention to Caelestia
- [12:16] *** Ness has joined #darkabode.

- [12:16] Mariel: However. We all make decisions we have to "live" with
- [12:16] Ness: ((back))
- [12:16] * Lkeas frowns. "So... you would prefer if he didn't try to help us survive the onslaught?"
- [12:16] Korban: Hm...that is a good point but his involvment also helps further the'galins end.
- [12:17] Ness: You know, Mariel, it is in your best interest to offer us all the aid you can. I do believe that The'Galin is perfectly capable of Uncreating you as well as us.
- [12:17] Ness: No offense intended.
- [12:17] Dale: Last I checked there was no way to 'end' The'Galin...
- [12:17] Korban: thus eliminating the problem, not to say destroying the'galin, but in the end I believe he will be no threat to Falerin or even us.
- [12:18] Mariel: Preference is not at issue. If I had such a preference or not is irrelvant. The Farpoint does not act at all excepting acting multilaterally.
- [12:18] Mariel: Falerin's argument was persuasive enough that he was not deterred
- [12:18] Korban: of course he can not die,but if we find sometype of way to at least restran him for an amount of time it will benefit us all,Dale.
- [12:19] Korban: ((restrain*))
- [12:19] Mariel: As to your assertion that remains to be seen.
- [12:20] * Dale shrugs. "You never specified death. There are more then one ways to 'end' a being, Korban. You should've been more specific."
- [12:20] Mariel: Molecules from differing realities have a different "resonance" or spin or "phase shift" or some equally mumbly technical world. It is possible in fact to identify the origin world of a molecule and by effect its creator quite directly in that manner.
- [12:21] Lkeas: Its creator..? Hmm...
- [12:21] Ness: Well, Mariel, you're right, but theres only so many ways a molecule can spin
- [12:21] Mariel: Since his activity has been restrained to Lorithia's worlds one wonders if his uncreation is limited to her creation.
- [12:21] *** Ryst has joined #darkabode.
- [12:21] Ness: But perhaps you're right
- [12:21] Mariel: Even if it were not.
- [12:21] Korban: you should have considered I had enough knowledge to know he is immortal, and chosen a your own interpretation of what I meant.
- [12:21] Mariel: I am a god.
- [12:21] *** Mode change "+v Ryst" for channel #darkabode by Reality.
- [12:21] Mariel: Matter is irrelevant to me.
- [12:21] * Ryst wakes up, and heads to the room
- [12:21] Lkeas: If we were to examine molecules from LORE, who would we discover the creator to be? Lorithia... or The'Galin?
- [12:22] Lkeas: How much of Lorithia's original creation is left?
- [12:22] Mariel: And uncreating or absorbing my life force would require his being able to overpower me
- [12:22] * Dale shrugs. "This can wait until later."
- [12:22] * Ryst steps into the room, an odd luster in his orange eyes
- [12:22] Ness: The standing theory, Mariel, is that he grows stronger as he Uncreates
- [12:22] Mariel: Which at the moment I am more then slightly confident he lacks the power to do. Indeed at the current state of affairs. Were I to invite the extraplanar gods war it would cause I could kill him outright with a wave of the hand.
- [12:23] Korban: then why do you not?
- [12:23] Ness: So by the time he reaches you, he may well be able to overpower you.
- [12:23] Mariel: Might? May?
- [12:23] Ryst: What's going on?
- [12:23] Ness: Indeed, may
- [12:23] Mariel: You live your life according to possibilities which quite equally contain. May not? Might not?
- [12:23] Korban: listen to the conversation youll understand.
- [12:23] Ryst: Alright.
- [12:24] Ness: Yes, I am fully aware of the limited viewpoint of mortals
- [12:24] Mariel: As to your question Korban... I will not repeat myself for you. Not after already commenting on oblivuousness once.
- [12:25] Mariel: Suffice that I answered your question even as I provided the reason you asked it.
- [12:25] Korban: hm...Im sorry nevermind then.
- [12:25] Mariel: If one reconsiders my exact words they may find the solution they seek.
- [12:25] Korban: my mind takes me to other realms on its own sometimes.*grins*
- [12:26] * Lkeas shrugs.
- [12:26] Mariel: Have you then discovered the answer to why?
- [12:26] Lkeas: Why you do not destroy The'Galin?
- [12:27] Ness: It would cause a god war
- [12:27] Lkeas: Why expend energy on something you do not consider a threat?
- [12:27] Mariel: both observations are accurate
- [12:27] Mariel: it would cause a massive Gods War.
- [12:28] Ness: Why?
- [12:28] Mariel: Indeed were non Lorian gods to intervene to kill a Lorian god. Every other Lorian God even if they loathed him themseves would immediately jump to his defense.
- [12:28] Ness: Why would the elimination of a singal deity cause such a war?
- [12:28] *** lightbringerlord is now known as lightbringerlord:[away].
- [12:29] Korban: ah is it because he still holds a balance in that verse, and if you were to intervene it would destroy the bamlance.
- [12:29] Korban: balance*
- [12:29] Korban: ?*
- [12:29] Ness: The'Galin creates no balance
- [12:29] Ness: An Uncreator is not natural to Lore
- [12:30] Lkeas: I believe in "general" interference of extraplanar powers across realms is frowned upon..
- [12:30] Ryst: Lorithia once existed without The`Galin being the Devourer.
- [12:30] Ryst: Did she not?
- [12:30] Mariel: A good try. Not correct given most consider him unbalanced in the extreme. And also considering he is a deity and the death would occur off his home plane he would subsequently just reform elsewhere.
- [12:30] Lkeas: and considering the damage we caused around here, i can see why.
- [12:30] Korban: ah.
- [12:30] Mariel: Lkeas observation is correct and is near the gist of the correct answer.
- [12:31] Mariel: It is a matter of planar soverignty.
- [12:31] Ness: So you would allow an entire multiversal chain and *potentially* others to fizzle out simply because of your petty rules?
- [12:31] Korban: ah so merely the fact of crossing the line, entering where you aught not?
- [12:32] Mariel: It is not merely a petty rule.
- [12:32] * Ness sighs
- [12:32] Ness: I am sorry, I spoke out of line
- [12:32] * Lkeas slaps her forehead. "Listen to yourself, Ness! We are not even gods and we caused irreparable damage to Caelestia by our actions. Think how much worse it would get if actual gods were involved!"
- [12:32] Ness: You're right, of course
- [12:32] Ness: I know, Lkeas
- [12:32] Ness: I realized my mistake as soon as I spoke
- [12:32] Korban: hm I understand now.
- [12:33] Mariel: It is a most definite boundary that crossing is an act of war.
- [12:33] Mariel: And it has caused wars. Many. In many realms.
- [12:33] Ness: I understand, it is fully up to us to prevent The'Galin's coming
- [12:33] Lkeas: I don't know that there's much we could do to prevent it..
- [12:33] Mariel: In addition there is the matter of power.
- [12:33] Korban: then why has Falerin been allowed with open arms into the lorian universe?
- [12:33] Lkeas: I'm still wondering what we could do to survive.
- [12:33] Mariel: Deities by and large are granted power from numerous sources. The most common source is adoration.
- [12:33] Korban: or am I speaking of something already addressed?
- [12:34] Lkeas: I believe Falerin mentioned once somewhere that he keeps a rather low profile of his true nature while on LORE..
- [12:34] Korban: ah.
- [12:35] Mariel: For one thing he does not advertise he is a deity. For another he does not recruit worshippers. And for another he has never acted directly against a god. The closest thing is his agent acting against another's. And his avatar was killed in that encounter.
- [12:35] Ness: Lkeas, you know exactly what we must do. The question is can we.
- [12:35] Lkeas: Do I?
- [12:36] Ryst: She does?
- [12:36] Lkeas: Please remind me, I must have missed the memo... how do we survive?
- [12:36] Ness: Well, we think we know at least.
- [12:36] Ness: Light the Beacons and awaken Hope...theoretically.
- [12:36] Mariel: Within the boundary of Lore that he has godlike power at all however indicates that he exists there at the Sufferance of Lorian authority
- [12:36] Lkeas: Ah, that makes sense.
- [12:36] Korban: ah indeed it does.
- [12:37] Lkeas: Awaken Hope... what does that mean, though?
- [12:37] Ness: Want to hear my theory?
- [12:37] Ryst: Maybe later, Ness.
- [12:37] Mariel: However he is not. He is very much as he is elsewhere
- [12:37] Lkeas: Elsewhere?
- [12:37] Mariel: Since he is not a Lorian Deity and has no worshipers on Lore. He could be entirely mortal there.
- [12:38] Dale: So.. He could be killed while on LORE?
- [12:38] Mariel: But he is not. He still has nearly godlike power if not true godlike power even there because the Creator of Lore ALLOWS him to
- [12:38] Ness: Hm.
- [12:38] Ness: Why?
- [12:38] Mariel: Which might be indicative of a subtle form of support on her part
- [12:38] Korban: A nice gesture on her behalf.
- [12:39] Mariel: He is immune.
- [12:39] Ryst: To uncreation?
- [12:39] Mariel: Perhaps but that is not to what I refer.
- [12:39] * Lkeas grins. "Apparently looking the other way does not constitute a breach of noninterference."
- [12:39] Ryst: Then to what?
- [12:39] Mariel: To the principle of noninterference.
- [12:39] Ryst: Ahhh...
- [12:39] Lkeas: Otherwise we'd be in trouble..
- [12:40] Mariel: His actions do not constitute a violation of free will. As he is an extra planar entity acting on his OWN free will.
- [12:40] * Ness sighs, his head still resting on Vulcan's shoulder "All of this makes my head hurt."
- [12:40] Mariel: And the freewill of soverign entities often overrides the free will of other soverign entities it is the nature of the game
- [12:40] Mariel: Because Falerin is an extraplanar deity he provides something a loophole
- [12:41] Korban: hm.
- [12:41] Mariel: Further he has been involved in Lores history since before the Isle he owns now was concieved of
- [12:41] Mariel: He is as much a citizen of Lore as of Caelestia
- [12:42] Mariel: Dual citizenship by effect.
- [12:42] Ness: Which explains his want to help us.
- [12:42] Mariel: He in fact holds something of an official office there. Though not as a God.
- [12:42] Lkeas: Indeed. We wouldn't have nearly as much knowledge as we do without the aid of his extensive library.
- [12:42] Mariel: The title LoreMaster however is not self appointed.

- [12:44] Mariel: Were he to actively kill The`Galin or were I he would be VIOLATING their pantheon.
- [12:45] Lkeas: I see..
- [12:45] * Ness frowns
- [12:45] Mariel: Something Lorithia at least presumably would be very annoyed by. Her annoyance translates as the pantheon's annoyance
- [12:46] Mariel: And would hence cause a War
- [12:46] Ness: Of course.
- [12:46] Korban: and besides that fact...shes does still love him.
- [12:46] Ness: Why should the simple solution work?
- [12:46] * RoninOfDreams sighs heavily. "There is yet again a new reason for my dislike of the Lords of LORE at the very least. Though I realize they do not make the whole of the pantheon on their own."
- [12:46] Mariel: Xenophobic realities would instantly support Lore in such a war
- [12:47] * Rimblade wonders who Lore is/isn't going to be warring on this time around <_<
- [12:47] Mariel: As the trend being suggested is that we consider it okay to remove a power of another world that has not even made gestures toward our own world because we disagree with his philiosophy
- [12:47] Mariel: Many gods are evil and nasty and unpleasant and represent treachery deception lies and terror
- [12:47] Mariel: Shall we dispose of them all?
- [12:47] Ryst: No.
- [12:47] Mariel: On what authority might we do so?
- [12:48] * Lkeas shudders. "Is that why the Man in Black was merely imprisoned and not destroyed?"
- [12:48] * RoninOfDreams shakes his head from side to side. "I would not dream of suggesting even that, and yet I must wonder what is to occur when balances are skewed so heavily at times..."
- [12:48] Mariel: Destruction of an avatar is of questionable duration
- [12:49] Lkeas: Hmm.
- [12:49] Mariel: other then Falerin whose mastery of such is limited. Caelestians very rarely engage in "Uncreation"
- [12:49] Mariel: Furthermore uncreation of the avatar of the Creator
- [12:49] Mariel: Could very well have caused a disasterous result
- [12:49] Ness: That WOULD pose problems.
- [12:50] Rimblade: The uncreation of a single avatar wouldn't lead to adverse affect to the entity behind it, would it?
- [12:50] Mariel: Therefore imprisonment was a far more acceptable solution
- [12:50] Ness: It could, Uncreation isn't fully understood
- [12:51] Mariel: The uncreation of a single arm.... would not cause effect on the body behind it would it?
- [12:51] Lkeas[lunch]: That makes sense, I suppose.. although I fear for the consequences and disastrous results of his freedom..
- [12:51] Rimblade: Ouch.
- [12:51] RoninOfDreams: "I gather that imprisonment will be the preferred and sought after solution for the newly freed Man in Black?"
- [12:51] Mariel: An avatar is invested.
- [12:51] Mariel: It contains part of the being of the God it represents
- [12:52] Mariel: How about I destroy part of your being Rimblade
- [12:52] Mariel: Then you reask the question
- [12:52] Rimblade: Huh. Well, you know, if you put it THAT way...
- [12:53] Ness: *ahem* I'm afraid in my very tired state, I fail to see the purpose of all this discussion. So far, we've determined that Falerin IS allowed to help us and no deity is going to save us from The'Galin. Am I missing anything?
- [12:53] Mariel: Normally an avatar can be just "Recalled" by his originating deity
- [12:54] Mariel: Therlion however not only gave his avatars distinct personalities. He gave them self soverignty so that they might actually balance rather then creating an illusion.
- [12:54] *** Rimblade has signed off IRC (Broken pipe).

- [12:55] *** Mode change "+v Rimblade" for channel #darkabode by Reality.
- [12:55] Mariel: And the Man in Black sought to corrupt the system the moment he was created
- [12:56] Mariel: And he did so readily
- [12:56] RoninOfDreams: "No longer can they be recalled, I gather. Which is why the Man in Black could only be imprisoned rather than absolved in a beneficial and nondamaging manner. That is...distressing."
- [12:56] Ryst: Can the Man in Black really take Falerin's position as God of Evil?
- [12:57] Ness: *CAN* The Man in Black be killed?
- [12:57] *** Mobuis is now known as Tridentine.
- [12:58] Rimblade: If not, there are surely ways to get rid of him. Boring him SO much that he flees the multiverse >.>
- [12:59] Mariel: Ask Cyric or Kelevmor of Toril
- [12:59] Korban: what has happened to the other two of the three?
- [12:59] *** Elalena has joined #darkabode.
- [13:00] Mariel: Kelemvor Actually I believe
- [13:00] Ness: Indeed, they could be allies
- [13:00] * Elalena wanders into the room silently, taking her usual stand by the wall.
- [13:00] Rimblade: Cyric or Kelevmor? Er, didn't they both become gods?
- [13:00] * Rimblade thinks it was a lucky break on Kel's side of things though :0
- [13:01] Mariel: They did both become gods. The question is what portfolio did they take. Did they assume some new one?
- [13:02] Ness: Hm.
- [13:02] Rimblade: Nah. Ao just recycled the positions, bloody accountant type-uber god that he is.
- [13:02] Mariel: Not remotely
- [13:02] Ryst: Could Falerin ever be removed from his position?
- [13:02] Ness: Would Kelemvor have become a god of the Dead, perhaps?
- [13:02] Ness: Just a thought.
- [13:02] Rimblade: Wasn't Promethius-dude removed from his, Ryst?
- [13:03] Mariel: Ao might recycle positions. However it was nothing of the sort. In the case of Cyric at least that he has made a deities career out of Stealing the positions of others
- [13:03] *** Korban is now known as Away.
- [13:03] Ryst: Could the Man in Black follow suit?
- [13:03] Rimblade: Oh, well, yeah. After he got Bane's job.
- [13:04] *** Tridentine is now known as Mobuis.
- [13:04] Ness: Mariel, was I right at all in guessing Kelemvor's position?
- [13:04] Mariel: Further more my conversations with Ao suggest that he is deliberately withdrawn from Abeir-Torilian afairs
- [13:05] Rimblade: Gotta give him props for that. One should always let one's children grow up, you know.
- [13:05] Mariel: Further even Ao answers to the Being of Light
- [13:06] Rimblade: You know what? I wouldn't be suprised to find out that Ao's boss answers to someone. I'd call it a Omniversal bearucracy, myself. Damn red tape across the universes.
