A channel is a grouping of users who chat about a specific subject matter. Channel's in Caelestia.net are all restricted to the same channel prefix (#). However wikimedia software, and this case html protocol do not allow a # in page names as these are restricted for page anchors.

All Channels within in Caelestia.net should be placed within the Channel namespace.

For example [[Channel/Caelestia]] refers to #Caelestia.
