Questions are divided into broad categories. All subjects and questions should be answered fully and with as much detail as possible.  Full sentences and paragraph form are preferred but a bullet point list covering all aspects is also allowed.  Avoid yes/no and other one word answers whenever possible.

'''Appearance'''
*Please describe your character's appearance fully.  This should include all of the following that apply:  Age (both actual and appearance), race and any defining characteristics thereof (saying elf is not sufficient.  What makes an elf differ from a human?), hair color, fur, feather, or scale color and texture, skin color, eye color, body build (large or small boned), uncommon physical characteristics (such as a large nose), height, weight, preferred clothing styles, jewelry, carried items and weaponry, scars, tattoos, etc. 

 

'''World History'''
*Describe as fully as possible the history of your world as it differs from the earth players live in.  References such as Lore during AQ's time are accepted, but should also be fleshed out if the portion of the world your character is from is not defined during normal game play or in the appropriate story's telling.  This section should include things such as magical and technical advancement along with prevalence.  You should discuss how powerful a normal individual is (again in comparison to an average earth individual) and state how rare your character's powers are.  Any races pertinent to your character's history (this includes races easily met on the street) should be listed and a brief description or comparison to known works given.  Statements about the world's deific system should be made (is it pantheon based, portfolio based, unknown by the denizens (earth), etc) and the most common/powerful religions detailed.  Common geography and governmental systems should also be discussed, especially in relation to the character's common locals if not world-wide.


'''Personal History'''
*The story of your character's life.  This should include the names, locations, occupations, and any legacy or traditions of family members and their importance to the character.  ANY family member that the character had interactions with, no matter how remote the bloodline, should be included.  This also goes for friends.  Included as well should be the character's schooling or training, occupation and social status.  A description of his past and current homes should be included or statements about nomadic life and descriptions regarding that lifestyle.  People your character commonly comes into contact with, whether for dealings of trade or other members of a shared society or religion should be included as well.  Things such as a normal daily schedule and events that alter that schedule or entertainment preferences should also be listed.  This should likely be one of the longest sections and details should be provided as often as possible. Note: Any familial history that you do not provide can be provided by the GMs and you agree to be bound by their inventions. 
 

'''Beliefs'''
*What are your character's beliefs?  All of these questions should be answered in fully described statements:
**What is your character's belief in the gods?  Is one followed in particular?  If so, what influence do the doctrines have on his or her life?  Does he or she hate or loathe a god or gods?  What reason does he have for doing so?  And above all, why does your character believe as he or she does?
**How does your character feel about racism (meaning against trolls, orcs, elves, etc)?   If racist, does he or she realize it or does it just creep into his or her words and actions?  Why does this person feel the way he or she does, regardless of whether racist, against racism, or indifferent?
**How does your character feel about sexism?   If sexist, does he or she realize it or does it just creep into his or her words and actions?  Why does this person feel the way he or she does, regardless of whether sexist, against sexism, or indifferent?
**What are your character's thoughts on magic?  Is it loathed or desired?  Why does he or she feel that way?
**How does your character feel about following the laws of whatever land he may encounter?  What rules, if any, should always be followed?  Is it ever all right to ignore laws regardless of consequence?  What laws would your character never abide by, even if it meant death? 
**How does your character feel about others?  Under what circumstances would you character agree to work in a group?  In that group would your character be a leader or a follower?  How would he or she normally act in a group situation?  How would he or she act in a crowd?  In what situations would your character refuse to work with others?
