An old enemy of Wiki-Nui, Dr. Kaboomsky is equipped with an Ice Cannon and is ready to lead the Flamers to victory! Dangerous, he can shoot long-range ice blasts towards his enemies, but isn't so brave if you got up-close to him. This rabbit has even dared to kidnap members of the Toa Sectra.
