Khem Caigan resides next door to the Rhinebeck Aerodrome with his twin daughters, Tuli Viatrix and Gage Nikkal.
His laboratory serves as the site for experiments in ætheric sorcery and alchemy, and also houses his enormous library of ancient manuscripts.
