Pheobsky is an archaic London born chap. He currently resides between London & Birmingham. He is known as a mild eccentric, cyclist & can be rather forgettefull. He has a tendency to be a bit of a ditz too, but he can live with that. It must also be noted that he thinks the B.G. wiki is a jolly good idea!
